1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with REGENTALE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms govern all transactions, orders, and interactions with REGENTALE.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed with REGENTALE are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you submit a quotation request, our team will send a formal proposal. An order is confirmed only after you have approved the mockup, accepted the quotation, and made the required advance payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms require 50% advance at the time of order confirmation and the remaining 50% before dispatch. For large or custom orders, payment terms may vary and will be clearly communicated in the quotation. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed modes.
4. Custom & Branded Products
All custom and branded products are made specifically for each client's requirements. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes to the order are not accepted. REGENTALE is not responsible for errors in information, logos, or artwork provided by the client. Please review all mockups carefully before approving.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the intellectual property of REGENTALE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Client logos and brand materials provided to us remain the property of the respective client.
6. Quality & Colour Variations
We strive to ensure product quality meets premium standards. However, minor colour variations may occur between mockups and printed products due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return.
7. Limitation of Liability
REGENTALE's liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
