Production Timeline
Every REGENTALE order is custom-produced to your specifications. Standard production time is 7–15 business days from the date of order confirmation and mockup approval. Complex orders, bulk quantities, or specialty products may require additional production time, which will be communicated clearly at the time of ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India to all states and major cities. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Partners
We work with premium courier partners including Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and other trusted logistics providers to ensure safe, timely delivery of your orders. For large bulk orders, we may use freight services and will coordinate accordingly.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Shipping costs will be included in your final quotation. Orders above a certain value may qualify for complimentary shipping — please check with our team for current offers.
Packaging for Delivery
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. Fragile or premium items receive additional protective packaging. Custom gift boxes and hampers are packed in outer shipping boxes to preserve the presentation quality of the original packaging.
Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address provided is complete and accurate including pincode, landmark, and contact details. REGENTALE is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
Multiple Delivery Locations
For bulk orders requiring delivery to multiple locations across India, please inform us at the time of ordering. We can coordinate multi-location delivery and will include all associated logistics costs in the quotation.
