Nature of Custom Products
REGENTALE specialises in custom-branded products manufactured specifically for each client's requirements. Because all products are personalised with your logo, brand colours, and specifications, they cannot be resold or repurposed. As a result, returns and exchanges are not accepted for correctly manufactured custom orders.
Quality Issues & Defects
If you receive products that have a manufacturing defect, printing error on our part, or damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Share photographs of the defective products via WhatsApp at +91 88669 98800 or email regentale.care@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and arrange for replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive incorrect products that do not match your confirmed order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for prompt replacement of the correct products at no additional cost.
Damage in Transit
If products arrive visibly damaged due to transit handling, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is discovered upon opening, document it with photographs and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
Client Approval Responsibility
Our process requires client approval of digital mockups before production begins. Once a mockup is approved and production starts, returns or refunds for subjective quality preferences (such as colour expectations vs. screen rendering) are not accepted. We strongly encourage clients to request physical samples for large orders before proceeding.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after confirmation. Refunds are made via the original payment method or NEFT bank transfer. The exact timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
